Pricing

Each personal training session is one hour long.  Your hour can consist of whatever you want to work on.  We can spend the entire hour focusing on one type of workout, or we can combine strength training, cardio and yoga.  We will develop a fitness program, geared towards the results you want, that keeps your interest.

Sometimes a workout partner helps with motivation and consistency. If you are uneasy about starting a fitness program on your own, I can give a private training session to you and one or two friends.

             The pricing for a single hour of personal training is:
                                   Single Person       $35.00
                                   Two People          $50.00
                                   Group of Three    $60.00

 

One Hour Session

Becoming physically fit requires consistency and commitment. If you would like to purchase a series of personal training sessions, Punch Cards are available.

To encourage commitment, the hourly rate for a punch card is less than a single hour session. 

To encourage consistency, each punch card will have an expiration date.

                                The pricing for a punch card is:
          5 one hour sessions   $150.00 (expires 6 weeks after first session)
        10 one hour sessions   $250.00 (expires 12 weeks after first session) 

 

Punch Card

There will be no refunds for missed appointments.  An appointment may be rescheduled up to 36 hours prior to the original date. You will be charged for any cancellations or no-shows within 36 hours of a scheduled appointment.
