General Info

Because I am a certified group exercise and yoga instructor, as well as a personal trainer, I can design a personal training session to fit you strengths and your goals. I offer indoor cycling and yoga as well as the standard cardio and weight training. I can also design a class/session for you to work out with one or two friends. All this for a fraction of the cost for a personal session at a gym.

My goal
is to work with my clients to leave behind their ideas of a "perfect body", so they can become their own person: unique, strong, and self confidant.


It is important to remember: Not every woman is built the same, not every woman will look the same, but every woman can be strong, fit, healthy, and feel good about themselves.
